As residents of Quenington, we are frequent visitors to Coln Community Cafe and Store and there is no doubt we are very fortunate to have such an excellent community facility that provides high quality local products and excellent customer service.
In particular, we are regular visitors to the Cafe. We have been fortunate to have travelled extensively throughout the world but, in our opinion, there is nothing quite like sitting in the very pretty garden area on a Sunday morning chatting to those other regulars or first-time visitors. Gail, the Cafe Manager, has been instrumental in transforming the visitor experience to the Cafe. Quite simply, no matter how busy the Store is, she always makes you feel the most important customer present irrespective of whether or not you are regulars. It is also very pleasing to note that the young support staff also demonstrate high level customer services. They clearly have been very successfully mentored. We can’t thank Gail and all those that work in the Store enough for adding so much quality to what is such a lovely place to live.
